POLICIES

The Owner/Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause. Management reserves the right to evict any objectionable guest, visitor or trespasser.

All rents, electricity and any other fees must be paid on due date. if not paid within 3 days, then a $25.00 late fee will be added.

Coastal Oaks RV Resort reserves the right to assign all spaces.

Absolutely NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.

CHILDREN - Must be supervised at all times.

QUIET TIME - 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

TRASH - Trash must be put out by the curb after 6:00 AM, but no later than 9:00 AM for pickup. Dumpster is by the road and trash may be placed in the container at any time. PLEASE NO FISH, SHRIMP, CRAB, OR OYSTER SHELLS IN THE DUMPSTER.

PETS - All pets must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet immediately. No pets allowed inside buildings or in pool area.

SPEED LIMIT - 5 MPH within the park area.

RESTROOMS - Open 24 Hours a day, except for cleaning.

SWIMMING POOL - Swimming hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No pets in the pool area. No glass or breakable containers in the pool area. No Diving. Do not jump from the Spa ledge. No running or horseplay. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Not responsible for accidents.

CLUBHOUSE - OPEN 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Resort guests only. No smoking in building. Group meetings may be arranged through management.

WATER - Nor rig washing without owner/management consent. There will be a charge. All professional companies must check in with management to pay washing fee. Washing of vehicles and boats are not allowed.

SEWER - Texas Law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or a rubber donut.

CLOTHESLINES - Permitted if they are attached to rear of your camper, are not unsightly and do not interfere with other guests.

VISITORS - Must be accompanied by registrants at all times. There is a charge for additional guests.
